P-Pop Music Fest at SM City Marikina: A Vibrant Celebration of Filipino Talent

SM City Marikina held a P-Pop Music Fest last June 9, 2024, providing a platform for emerging Filipino artists. P-Pop, or Pinoy Pop, has rapidly evolved into a significant genre that blends contemporary pop with Filipino cultural elements thus it's a perfect way to commemorate Independence Day. The P-Pop Music Fest featured the James and Shine duo and Rosima lineup. 

Among the performances, is the dynamic duo James and Shine. Their setlist included cover of OPM hits that serenaded the crowd.

The next performance was the alternative pop-rock band Rosima from Bulacan who captivated the audience with their unique sound and engaging stage presence. They performed their original song like "Sinubukan" and covered the hit song of Lola Amour's "Raining in Manila".

The P-Pop Music Fest at SM City Marikina was an extraordinary celebration of Filipino talent. By highlighting the talents of Filipino artists. It was a joyous occasion to reflect on the country's history and achievements through the lens of music.
