Crochet Face Mask Pattern

Start pa lang ng 2020 and the Philippines was hit with Taal Volcano Ashfall then DOH announced the confirmed case of Novel Coronavirus. These instances led to the short supply of face mask throughout the country. Some are even hoarding and selling it doubled the price.

In our area (Antipolo City), face masks are also out of stock. We bought the washable face mask instead being sold from the market for P25 each. That's when I decided to create a face mask made from yarn. This is actually not advisable though cloth lining should be added for protection and filter.

If only I have all the time in the world, I really want to donate face mask to our kababayans who are affected by the Taal Volcano Eruption.

Disclaimer: This crocheted mask is not a medical mask. If you make this, make sure to add a medical filter underneath or lining for added protection.
