This was 6 months ago! I know I am not yet finish with all my backlogs! Boo! And I am missing JK (my colleague who went in Dubai to work) so there is another reason to post this. It was a fridate together with Pam and we decided to treat ourselves after a week of work. We actually want to have a weekly food-trip but it was really hard to work with our shift schedules.
JK was the one who suggested to eat at Pasto, maiba lang daw. And being out from the office around 1am, there are only a few options for restaurants that are still open. You can see a lot of bars though but we don't want to drink that time. Basically, its already Saturday in the morning.
We ordered for the following:
Zuppa di Pomodoro P125
Roasted tomato cream soup.
This is my favorite among all the orders we had. It was so tasty and complements well with their garlic bread.
Bianca P295
Pesto based pizza with assorted seafood.
The pizza was too oily but Italian food are known to be oily. Something unique and if you love seafood and pesto, this is for you.
Crema di Pesto P255
Rigatoni with sausages and mushrooms in a basil cream sauce.
Pomodoro E Basilico P195
Rigatoni with their homemade tomato sauce and fresh basil topped with a dash of mascarpone.
They have a lot of options for pasta! They have oil based, red & white sauce. They actually have a lot of Italian delicacies. The place is a good place to chill with your friends. The interiors kinda reminds me of Valentine's Day because its red and lighting is dim. Prices are reasonable, the pizza can be shared to 4 persons and staff are courteous.
