SM City Marikina never fails to go all out when it comes to launching their Christmas decors. This year it is a Sparkly Jolly Christmas. The mall atrium was designed with a giant Christmas tree centerpiece and the lighting ceremony was completed with performances which also included the presence of Santa Claus.
It was indeed a #SparklingMallidays when Quezon City Performing Arts sang the Christmas theme song which been my last song syndrome for several days now. SJT Strings also performed during the launch. You can watch the vlog it below.

The Christmas event was inclusive for the Partner organizations from Philippine Institute for the Deaf, Association of Clinical Audiologists of the Philippines (ACAP), Philippine Cochlear Implant Group, and Hard of Hearing Group Philippines in celebration of the Deaf Awareness Week (November 10-16).

Following the SM Christmas tradition, SM City Marikina is again launching the Bears of Joy, an annual charity program of SM Supermalls wherein shoppers can also participate by buying a pair of Christmas Teddy Bears for P200 from the Bears of Joy booth. One of the two bears will be donated to a selected charity of SM City Marikina, while the donor can take the other one home. SM City Marikina will give the accumulated donated bears to a chosen charity.
