Celebrating My Twin-Boys Birthdays at Kuya J Restaurant

Kuya J Restaurant

Last January as my twin boys turned 4, we decided to celebrate and have dinner at Kuya J Restaurant, Sta. Lucia Grandmall. I always wanted to try Kuya J and it was the right time as we treat the little boys. We went inside, the place is well lit and there is enough seat for a family of five. A little decoration on the wall and white lights over the tables. The place is not that big but can accommodate groups of people.

We asked for the menu and they handed me a magazine type menu. In fairness cute sya! Especially when I saw Jericho Rosales smiling at me! Ha Ha Ha!

We ordered 3 dishes plus 1 dessert and their staff was accommodating. He served us our food just in time, it takes 15 - 30 minutes.

We ordered 2 soda drinks and plain rice platter (P120). We loved everything that was served. My partner was not really into fine dining but being a sisig lover himself, he noted the tastiness on their sisig version. He thought that it included crispy lechon parts. Pancit Canton was flavorful and we even had to bring home some. It can be eaten by 3-4 persons. The half chicken was crispy and my kids loved it! Their Ube Halo-Halo was one of the best ones I've tried so far. The shaved ice is fluffy and can even be mistaken for Ube! It only consists of 2 flavors at the bottom of the glass but it tasted good with enough milk and sweetness. We did enjoy our dinner at Kuya J Restaurant!

It was a nice and intimate celebration as my 2 boys turned 4! Happy Birthday to my Kuyas!
