Last September 4, 2017, we were invited to visit Herbalife Nutrition Philippines Corporate Office in Bonifacio Global City Taguig for introduction on their new products. Herbalife is a global nutrition company that has helped people pursue a healthy, active life since 1980. During the event, we got our wellness evaluation from the Herbalife Fitness Coaches. On my wellness paper it showed that I need to improve more on my muscles and had a further explanation why it is important to monitor visceral fats. We also got to exercise routine led by Coach Dwan Abantao.
