Furniture shopping never felt this good especially if you are saving for it to complete your dream house. So if you are looking for affordable and nice looking furniture, visit The Home Factory Outlets in Mandaluyong City. Two weeks ago, I got a chance to visit their store for their 1st anniversary SALE!
The Home Factory Outlets is a new 3,000 sqm concept mall offers sofas, dining, beds, mattresses, office furniture, furnishings, housewares and home appliances from participating retailers like BLIMS Fine Furniture Outlet Store, Sogo Home and Office Center Clearance Outlet, Elba Outlet Store and Collins International Trading Corp. Outlet Store which carry brands such as Dowell, Thermos, Moulinex, Krups and Eglo Lights among others.
There are actually a lot of great finds at a very low prices. I am not into something particular on what to buy that time but I am eyeing for some sofas, dining table and cabinets for our townhouse (soon as we decided to move in). So without further ado, let me show you some pictures.

Deciding on what to buy was really difficult. First, I don't want to carry a lot of things going back home because I am pregnant and you know how difficult it is to commute. I am also taking the consideration of the delivery fee, knowing that our house is outside Metro Manila. I was so in-love with this L-shape sofa! This is the design that I really want if we finally decide to move in to our townhouse. But because we are still living in our tiny house back in Rizal, I need to find another item to buy. They actually allow me to sit to experience it! I have this souvenir picture to remind me to go back and buy this! Argh!
I ended up buying this cabinet. When I am pregnant with my twins, I actually wanted a cabinet like this but we opted for the plastic Orocan. Now that we will have another addition to the family, this is a great storage for all their clothes and things. I got it for P2,695 from the original price of P3,850. More affordable than the ones I saw from the mall even if you add the delivery fee.
It was a great shopping experience and I promise myself to visit again soon. There is an ample parking space in-front of the store. Though there are areas that are air-conditioned, be sure to still wear your comfortable clothes. They only have a fan inside the bigger outlet. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The delivery fee is also reasonable and they delivered the item on the specified date that they mentioned. Special thanks to Ms Betty for assisting me.
