I was first introduced to tea when I went to Malaysia four years ago. My mom made me tasted Teh Tarik which is the famous tea in Malaysia. I even visited Cameron Highlands where their Tea Plantation is located! From then on I became addicted to tea. When milk tea became popular here in the Philippines, I am one of their avid customers. He He He! So imagine my excitement when I was invited by my Zomato Family for a Tea Meetup!

Super Duck originated from Lukang, Chuanghua County, Taiwan in 2010 by Mr Michael Huang. Then during the last quarter of 2011, couple Steve and Ellen discovered Super Duck when they had their vacation in Taiwan and brought it to the Philippines on 2012.
The branch that they have in Banawe is quite spacious. They have a second floor which can also cater to groups.

We actually tasted all of those four basic teas and my favorite would be the Jasmin Green Tea! But all of them are good! The Wensan White Tea is the lightest one.

Super Duck Modern Tea Shop prides itself on using only freshly brewed tea. We even get to smell some of the fresh teas that they are offering. And I can't express it enough here how refreshing it is! The 3 major spirits of the brand are "High-quality Tea", "Exquisite Ingredients" and "Naturally Organic".
Quacker Sample consists of Fries, Tofu Bites, Cheesedog, Nuggets, Crispy Shrooms, V-Calamares & Dynamite. Can you believe that these are all made from vegetables? The fries have a sweet taste and most of them, I mean all of them are really really good!
But my favorite would be the Crispy Shrooms!!!
I wanted a spicier Dynamite, this one is tolerable.
Quack Pao
I like the combination of the simple pao and then the generous amount of fillings
Chori Burger with Matcha Basil Aioli
The Matcha Basil Aioli gave a distinct taste of the chorizo.
VEGGIE PASTA: Spaghetti with Soy Meatballs & Vegetarian Carbonara
I like the Spaghetti with Soy Meatballs more.
PIZZA SAMPLER: Bacon Mushroom, Shrimp Pesto, Hawaiian & Vegetarian
The pizzas are not oily but crisp.
12 Hour Tea-infused Pork Belly with Rice
It was easy to chew and the sauce is flavorful.
Super Duck Fried Chicken with Gravy
Another favorite! I only sampled some and it was really delicious!
I was so overwhelmed with all the food that I was not able to taste the Egg Custard Pao. :(
Let's go to the main attraction which are their teas! I honestly have a lot of favorites! But all of them are really good!

But what I love the most (to the highest level hehehe) are Rose Lemon Tea with Aloe Vera, Heineken Green Tea & Wintermelon Nai Kai (Rock, Salt & Cheese)! You can choose your sinkers from a wide variety of choices like pearls, perilla seeds, fig jelly, coco jelly/lychee jelly, red beans/green beans, pudding, grass jelly, coffee jelly & nai kai.

It was a great Tea Meetup with a lot of laughs and chitchat from my fellow Zomato Foodies. Their tea's are highly recommended and I was hoping that they will expand more branches soon (please have one near Eastwood!). It was definitely a Tea Love that guarantees the use of real fruit and high quality tea leaves!
