BE WITH YOU (Korean Movie Review)

BE WITH YOU

Be With You is a 2018 South Korean romance film starring So Ji-sub and Son Ye-jin.

Soo-ah (Son Ye-jin), before passing away makes an unbelievable promise to her husband, Woo-jin (So Ji-sub), to return one year later on a rainy day. Miraculously, she keeps the promise and reappears before her husband and son but all her memories have disappeared. Tragically, the relief at their reunion is short-lived, because it turns out that Soo-ah has to leave her family once again.

Be with You (Movie, 2017, 지금 만나러 갑니다)

The purest of love from the perspective of a mom, father, son and even being a friend. I really didn't want it to end expecting that it will be quite sad, I understand the story should be like that.

It helps you learn that you don't need to push other people when you got the chance to be happy. It is a story of letting go and being happy with what you have in your life.

Sobrang bet ko yung twist ng story sa dulo. I have so much feels for the mom Soo-ah (Son Ye-jin). She can only do so much but did not regret making that one decision that can make her happy.

My So Ji-Sub, he is not your typical gwapo actor but when you watch his movies/series parang gusto mo lang sya yakapin. So nagwo-work sa akin yung sad face nya.

PS: Wait for the special appearance of Park Seo-joon.

Any Korean Movie that you can suggest to watch next?
