Finally, I am blogging about our staycation at La Breza Hotel 2 months ago. :) My partner and I celebrated our 4 years of being together at La Breza Hotel, Mother Ignacia Ave. QC. I received the overnight complimentary gc from one of the events that I've attended. Even-though staycation is not really our thing, we grabbed it and spent a day there for a simple celebration.
La Breza Hotel is situated at the heart of Quezon City. It is near ABS-CBN, MRT QC Ave Station, Fisher Mall and Trinoma Mall. As soon as we got off the taxi, the accommodating staff assisted us with our things and offered us drinks. We then paid for the 1,500 deposit which is reimbursable upon check out.
As soon as we arrived at our room, my twins are very ecstatic with the beds. They love beds! They would usually go jump up and down and play with the bed that we had at home. Yeah, they are simple like that. Joys of being a kid.
They are really comfortable with the beds. See the evidence? Its not that grand but as long as its clean and comfy, its ok.
Anyway the gc that we got was good for two and my kids are 2 1/2 yrs old so they are free of charge. Our room is spacious for the four of us.
We just had a little issue with the aircon. We called the reception for someone to have a look at it. But it was still the same after he made alterations on the remote control. The air was not covering the whole room. They also have free wifi.
One couch is placed at the corner of the room.
A small ref plus 2 complimentary mineral waters, coffee and water heater.
Slippers.
They also have a safe box which we didn't really use. The cabinets are big enough if you will spend several days there for your clothes.
The bathroom was spacious too. They have bidets and a bathtub.
Toiletries.
After resting for a while and assembling our things at our room, we then decided to swim! La Breza Hotel has an outdoor pool with a children's pool. They also have a fitness gym.
The kids enjoyed the pool so much! The water was warm enough though the edges on the children's pool are a little rough. Maybe because someone might slip.
After swimming, which I think the kids didn't really want to end. We went back to our room and let the kids watch cartoons. They have cable and a free wi-fi. My baby love Eros, whom can't sleep without his security blanket (a big comforter by the way), fall asleep instantly. :) We should really do this often.

The kids are already asleep and the night was still young, my partner and I decided to order food. The one thing that I really don't like was they don't allow deliveries outside the hotel. They do have a Cafe Breza where you can order your food. So we don't really have a choice and we can't just leave the kids behind. We ordered for their pizza and softdrinks. The pizza's taste was boring. It was also a bit expensive. The pizza that we usually order near our place, tasted better and much affordable than this.
We still did enjoyed the night and simply celebrated our anniversary. We are not the kind of couple that say cheesy things to each other. And I know my partner very well. He is not that showy but in his actions you will see how much he loves me and his kids. How much he sticks with me with all the obstacles that is coming our way. We are not the traditional family where he is the one working. But even if that's the case, we are still supporting each other. Relationship is not a competition, its a teamwork and compromising. As I am the one working, he never gets tired taking good care of the kids and doing the chores at our house. I can never do it alone. We can't buy everything that we wanted but surely we can afford what we needed. Well its not perfect but I am happily contented. Our situation is not forever and we will just wait for the right opportunity where he can freely work again. Happy four years to the father of my children! More years to us! I love you!
The next morning when the kids woke up, I let them enjoy the bath tub. They enjoyed it as much as they enjoyed the pool. They are simply adorable because they appreciate the simplest things! We hoped we can also have one installed at our house. *wishing* :)

And that's a wrap! Though there are still misses and points, we still enjoyed our staycation here at La Breza Hotel. I hope we can do this atleast once a year. Special thanks to Sta.Lucia Residenze & La Breza Hotel.
