Hello everyone! How was your Halloween and holiday? Well my twins didn't get to join any Halloween events this year. I was not ready for their costumes and I was still hesitant because they will not appreciate it yet. And being a practical mom that I am, I really don't want to spend money on costumes. I know in my heart that I would like to DIY their costumes just in case I'll join them. Anyways, I made a simple Queen Elsa Crochet Crown w/ Long Hair in line of Halloween party that is happening left and right! This is a great addition to your child's Elsa costume. I made this one because I have a god-daughter who loves Elsa and thinking if I can make one for a gift this Christmas. I initially practiced making one to see if how much yarn will I use.
This project is one of my favorite because it is really easy to make. You can check Over The Apple Tree's pattern on how to make it.
First I made the crown with the available colors that I have, white & light blue.
The challenge that I had on making this is for the hair. It consumed my whole white yarn!
But I loved how it turned out! Here is my model posing it for me.
Almost done! I still need to cut the extra hairs! |
In the end, my niece loves it! So I need to make another one for my god-daughter.
