It's amazing how the food-scene in the Philippines has grown. In every restaurants, there's always a new recipe that's being cooked. There's the creativity on every food and some will even go out of the box. We Filipinos are in-love with food pairings. We love our BBQ's with the toyo and calamansi. Our hotdogs to ketchup. And so many more, I know it's too many to mention.
Just last week, I was invited by our friends from Unilever to Lady's Choice #MyDipscovery. Where real love is creating perfect pairs with Lady's Choice Mayonnaise. With Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) Philippines' vision to help improve the Filipino dining scene, it stirs up exciting ways to transform a simple dish by pairing it with tasty and mouthwatering dips that chefs and cooks can recreate with just one key ingredient.

During the event, the special guest Chef Fernando Aracama showcased three innovative dips that launched UFS PH's campaign, Real Love Is Lady's Choice: Creating Perfect Pairs.
Aside from the Masterchef-like contest, we also got to try inventing our own dips!
