EYE MO Is The Perfect Solution For Irritated Eyes

Eyes is the window to our soul, they say. It's where you can see if one is sincere, know deepest feelings or thoughts. You can also see if someone is genuinely happy or not by looking them thru their eyes. Some can even tell if you are lying by the look of your eyes. We will not be fully aware of it but sometimes we neglect taking care of our eyes. And I am guilty of that! I also have a fair share of eye irritations as a daily commuter, high exposure to computers etc. Dirt, pollution, dust or even allergies are already part of Filipino's everyday lives. Fact is, they are a great harmful effect to our eyes.

The Perfect Solution For Irritated Eyes

Last week, Combiphar Group of Companies teamed up with LF Asia Philippines Inc., introduced the new Eye Mo variants at Cafe Naya together with some media and bloggers. In their effort to help Filipinos become more aware of the state of their eyes, they launched a campaign entitled "Eyeritation". During the event, they identified the Top 5 Signs of Eye Irritation. Eye Mo, the leading eye drop brand, aims to educate Filipinos and call importance to proper eye care, which a lot of the time is taken for granted.

EYE MO Is The Perfect Solution For Irritated Eyes

"Like other parts of your body, you should take care of your eyes. If you don't take proper eye care, it can result to many eye diseases." - Earl Jayona, Marketing Manager for Eye Mo, LF Asia Philipines, Inc., Healthcare Division.

    Symptoms of Eye Irritation

Red Eyes - This condition is usually caused by allergy, dirt pollution, smoke or common eye infections which are the most common among people who have high exposure to outdoor activities such as motorcycle riders and commuters.

Watery Eyes - Excessive tearing tearing that is not caused by normal crying maybe a sign of an underlying health condition. When too many tears are being secreted, it is often because of irritation or inflammation of the surface of the eye that can be caused by external elements as well.

Sore Eyes - This is usually caused by staring into a computer screen or a book for too long.

Itchy Eyes - Itchy eyes are often caused by allergies. It can also occur when there is constant exposure to household elements such as mold and dust. Also, as much as you want to do it, rubbing your itchy eyes won't help.

Dry Eyes - This condition is common for people who have high exposure to gadgets, TV's, laptops, and those working in air-conditioned rooms. Lack of tears or moisture in the eyes is also common as we age.
