Jack's Loft

Every payday, Pam and I would usually go on a date and eat after our shift. She was bugging me to try Jack's Loft's Classic Carbonara for the longest time. It was her favorite so one day I finally gave in and tried it.

It was a quick lunch-break. As soon as I found a seat inside Jack's Loft, I immediately ordered for their Classic Carbonara that costed P185.00 only. The waiting time was not that long which was in favor of me because I only had a 30 minutes break. When I had my order, I was a little surprise that it was big enough for its price. The mushrooms are very generous and it was very creamy. I am so full before I could finished the whole plate.

Forward to the following day, Pam insisted on eating again at Jack's Loft. She recommended a lot of dishes but I opted to try the Creamy Mushroom Pasta which is the same price of Carbonara. On this dish, the black, button, straw mushrooms are very distinct which differs from the taste of the classic one. Still very generous with the serving and the mushrooms.

We also had the Chicken Fingers (P168), lightly breaded chicken breast strips served with their very own honey mustard dip. The dip steals the show!

Pam also had the Jack's Blend (single P65), which had a slight taste of alcohol.

Lastly, I ordered Warm Choco Fudge Cake (P98) for our dessert. I like the fact that it was freshly baked. Though the cake was not moist as I want it to be and it was too sweet to my liking.

The place looks more like a bar for me though it is still a great place to chill out after office hours and have some drinks.
