To open the bottle you need to twist it so the pump will show. The problem with the container is that you need to have it upside down so the cream will emerges.
NOTE:

Verdict:
Now here is my verdict, after using these two creams the first day, I noticed that the dry skin on the side of my nose gets smooth really fast. I have an oily and dry skin. But yesterday, (after 4 days of using it) I noticed rashes all over my face.

I immediately washed my face after seeing those rashes and discontinued on using it. The breakouts are fine because of it's active ingredients. But the rashes are itchy so I've stopped using it on the 4th day. I actually didn't see the real result on the 2nd week.
