I received an invitation from Footzone Day Spa to try their massage last June 2015. But there was a conflict on my work schedules and it took me more than two months to finally go there and experience their very unique foot massage. It was a missed opportunity that I was not able to tagged my mom along when she was still here in the Philippines. She will definitely enjoy the experience because she is a fan of massage.
Anyway, I went there one day with a very timely adjustments on my work schedule. I waited for a while and snapped some pictures.

Footzone Day Spa has been operating for almost 13 years now. They specializes on foot massage where therapies are well trained by the founder of Foot Massage from China. They are calling him Master Cha. He is present at the Spa and you can request for him if you want to do a Ventosa Back Massage (he is the only one who can do that to the clients as per Joselyn). Joselyn was one of their massage therapists.
The place was renovated last December with a hotel like interiors. The place was really calming to the eyes and there are several rooms where you can relax.
While waiting, they served a very delicious cogon tea.
Before we start for the massage, one of the staff guided me to roam around the different rooms. They have private rooms for two, three or six persons. They also have a separate room if you want to have a full body massage.
Sauna is already included on their package if you avail one of their massages.
This is where I was pampered for a day. A private room for relaxation.

We started the massage with soaking my feet on herbal tea with plastic on the lid for sanitation for 15 minutes. But I noticed that there was a hole on the plastic. :( Joselyn (my massage therapist for the day) got back to me to do a head & hand massage. Then she put a hot pack at my back which was very relaxing. Joselyn was really professional but I just hope that she will talk to me while doing the massage or will just explain what kind of massage she is doing. Though I think some of the people would like to have a different approach because they go there to relax not to chitchat. Occasionally, she will asked if I am ok. She is very polite and well trained. She answered all my questions once I started asking her on a very soft voice. I even come to a point on asking her more than 3 times. Maybe because she wanted to have the moment to be solemn and as silent as possible for me to be able to relax properly.
After 15 minutes, she then went to massaged my feet. She also used a technique called ventosa massage where she used a glass to absorbs hangin or lamig from your feet. After the foot massage she covered my feet & legs with a hot towel.
It was very relaxing. I thought we are already finished but she went out and got back with foot sticks. These foot sticks are used to whipped unto your feet and legs for muscle relaxation. She said it is a way to awaken your clogged brain. :p
To finished off the massage, we had another set of back massage lying down and on a sitting position. Minimal suggestions though, I hope that they should just put all the materials needed inside the room to prevent from going in and out of the room. But nevertheless, It was all worth it! Definitely what I needed for that day. I had another tea after the massage! A good day to be relaxed and pampered.
Here are their current rates. I will not mind paying for the good service they provide. I will definitely recommend the place especially for the people who loves massage. Aside from Foot and Body Massage, they also offers Chinese Foot Scrub, Local Foot Scrub, Body Scrub, Ventosa and Nail Art.
They will open their 2nd branch next year in Makati!

Going There:
The spa is located at a Greenhills address but I am not really familiar with the exact address. So what I did is search thru www.instantstreetview.com. I typed in the address and roam around Greenhills to be familiar with the places. The site was recommended by my colleague and we are really amazed on how it captured streets by streets. Try it! Luckily I was able to find the best route on going to the Spa. Because I commute, I thought the best way will be to drop off at Greenhills Shopping Center but with this site I was able to find the shortest way. Ride an MRT and get off at Santolan-Annapolis Station. Walk your way on the right side going to the Deco Centrum Building. Turn right on the Annapolis St sign and go straight ahead until you find the Richbelt Tower where you can see the big sign of Footzone Day Spa.
